We want you to control your autonomy and destiny.  Unlike other companies that pay 100% commission, we share our bank pricing with you.  That means you are paid on the all bank pricing via yield spread premiums and service release.  We do not publish company or territory rate sheets – the rate is provided to you directly from our correspondent relations.   Everything is disclosed through funding of your loans.  We have established this “level of trust” so there is no guesswork or an opportunity for our partners to “wonder” if they are being treated fairly.   What we have worked so hard to establish is passed on to you as a valued partner. 

There is not a set number of commission structures or ways to get paid on your transactions, each partner’s relationship is custom tailored to their or their company’s origination needs.  These ranges from getting paid 100% commission, with a small transaction fee, to a percentage of the transaction with no fee collect at all.  Upon analysis and profiling, together we determine the best way to maximize your profits.  This includes payroll turnaround and 1099/W2 reporting.

Our partners have found that beside the profitability of the relationship, the administrative services side is key.  Sun Valley Mortgage Services provides all business administrative functions ranging from Accounting, Licensing, payroll, Quality Control, government reporting and insurance functions.  Aside from these business functions our IT department has provide “World Class” technical solutions for each branch we are partnered with, always keeping Sun Valley Mortgage Services ahead of the technology game.  We designed and utilize the latest technology methods always be the front-runners in the business.
